The Process:

Our process is thorough, and we can assist you at any stage of your buying journey. Here are the 12 key steps:

1 Decide on a location (city, state, and/or community).

2 Engage with a dental lender and obtain pre-approval.

3 Search for listed practices.

4 Schedule a site visit and meet the seller.

5 Review practice data.

6 Perform due diligence.

7 Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI).

8 Review the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA).

9 Begin insurance credentialing.

10 Meet the staff.

11 Close on the sale.

12 Complete website transition and branding.

Our Fees

Our consulting fee is $6,000. A third ($2000) is due upfront, and the remaining $4,000 is payable upon closing. This fee applies whether you evaluate one practice or ten. The final $4,000 payment can often be included in your closing costs, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses at closing. We do not provide consulting for new start-up practices, but we can recommend experienced consultants who specialize in this area.
