Adam Bratland

Hello, I’m Adam Bratland. I live in the beautiful state of Oregon with my wife, Stephanie, and our three puppies. We have five wonderful children who live in New York, Colorado, and Oregon.

I was born in Iowa and relocated with my family to Oregon when I was 10. After graduating high school in Eugene, I moved to Missoula, Montana, to attend the University of Montana, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology.

I lived in Montana for 18 years, immersing myself in real estate, mortgage lending, and property development. After nearly two decades of living and fishing in Montana, I decided to move back to Oregon in 2010 to be closer to family and work with my brother. My brother, Dr. Michael Bratland, is a dentist in Eugene and owns multiple practices throughout the state. Michael initially hired me to help manage his three practices. I was responsible for recruiting dentists and staff, resolving patient disputes, managing office schedules, and overseeing everything involved in running successful dental clinics.

We grew the business to ten offices and sold the majority of them in 2016 to one of the largest DSOs in the U.S. After the sale, I decided to become a dental transition broker with Consani Associates. Consani Associates is the oldest and largest dental brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, representing sellers in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, and Montana. As a broker with Consani Associates, I am a member of American Dental Sales, one of the largest national study clubs specifically for dental transition brokers and consultants.

I decided to become a buyer’s representative because I love the excitement of working with young associates and first-time buyers. There are so many factors a buyer needs to consider and be aware of when purchasing a practice, and there is a huge need nationwide to represent these underserved buyers. With all the complexities involved in buying a practice, I believe it is absolutely necessary for a buyer to have someone who represents them and their interests.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, and I love helping dentists buy their first clinic. I would be honored to work with you on one of the most important decisions you will ever make!

Husein Shaikh

My name is Husein Shaikh. I was born in Kuwait, raised in Jordan, and have called Oregon home since 2001. My wife, Sarah, and I recently welcomed our first child, a baby boy, and we are overjoyed to be caring for our little one.

Professionally, I am a dedicated dentist with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and helping my patients achieve their best health. I earned my dental degree from Nova Southeastern University, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical skills and patient care. Recently, I took a significant step by opening my own practice, a milestone I’m incredibly proud of. Establishing my practice has allowed me to create a space where patients feel valued, and I can offer them comprehensive, compassionate care that aligns with my values.

I am passionate about dentistry and am committed to helping others in the profession make informed, strategic decisions for growth. Having gone through the process of buying a practice myself, I’ve seen that buyers without guidance often make costly mistakes. Fortunately, I had experienced friends and colleagues to advise me along the way, allowing me to make confident, well-informed decisions. Opening my first clinic was a challenging yet rewarding journey—one I would gladly undertake again. I believe that persistence and commitment are fundamental to success in both personal and professional life, and these values drive my dedication to continuous improvement and to supporting others who share similar paths.

Outside of work, I’m a proud sibling among ten, including my twin brother! Growing up in a large family instilled in me a deep understanding of teamwork, resilience, and the importance of community. In my free time, you’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, camping, or planning my next travel adventure.
